3 Import Permit Required: The consignment must be accompanied by a PPQ Form 526, Noxious Weed Permit ( If the permit is missing or the consignment does not comply with permit conditions, hold the consignment and contact PPQ Permit Services (1-877-770-5990).
4 Subject to Inspection: If grown in Canada, this commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-10.
5 Date Restriction: For field-grown crops, the growing season is May 1 through October 31.
