4	Subject to Inspection: This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319 .56-3.

6	Pest Mitigation Strategy: Consignments must satisfy only one of the mitigation strategy options listed below.
7	Pest Mitigation Strategy: Option 1
	7.1	Production Location: Brittany region
	7.2	Admissible Plant Parts: Fruit
	7.3	Phytosanitary Certificate: Pink and red tomatoes from the Brittany region require a phytosanitary certificate issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of France with additional declarations stating: Tomato fruit in this consignment were produced in accordance with an APHIS-approved systems approach and was visually inspected and found free of Tuta absoluta The fruit in the consignment was inspected and found free of the symptoms of tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) The tomatoes were grown in registered greenhouses in the Brittany region of France
	7.4	Date Restriction: The shipping season for pink and red tomatoes is June 1 through September 30, inclusive. REFUSE ENTRY to consignments shipped outside this growing season.
8	Pest Mitigation Strategy: Option 2
	8.1	Pest Mitigation Strategy: Upon APHIS program approval, consignments can be allowed entry into the U.S. if they can satisfy the phytosanitary requirements imposed by both of the following Federal Orders.
	8.2	Federal Order: Tuta absoluta Federal Order. The Tuta absoluta Federal Order requires countries to meet one of the following options: • Grown in an APHIS-recognized pest-free area; OR • Grown under a systems approach approved in 7 CFR 319.56, which includes that host material was grown in an APHIS-approved, pest-exclusionary structure; OR • Imported under a preclearance program, accompanied by a PPQ Form 203 verifying treatment with T101-c-3
	8.3	Federal Order: ToBRFV Federal Order. The ToBRFV Federal Order requires consignments from all tomato-exporting countries to be imported in commercial consignments only and to include a phytosanitary certificate with an additional declaration.

10	Federal Order: ToBRFV Federal Order. This Federal Order has updated the import requirements for this commodity by requiring an additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate. Additional Requirements
14	The surface area of a pink tomato is more than 30% but not more than 60% pink and/or red. The surface area of a red tomato is more than 60% pink and/or red. From June 1 through September 30, the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of France must set and maintain 1 Medfly trap baited with trimedlure inside and 1 outside each greenhouse and must check the traps every 7 days. Capture of a single Medfly inside or outside a registered greenhouse will immediately result in cancellation of exports from that greenhouse until the source of the infestation is determined, the Medfly infestation is eradicated, and measures are taken to preclude any future infestation. The NPPO of France must maintain records of trap placement, checking of traps, and any Medfly captures, and must make them available to APHIS upon request. From June 1 through September 30, the tomatoes must be packed within 24 hours of harvest. They must be safeguarded by insect-proof mesh screen or plastic tarpaulin while in transit to the packinghouse and while awaiting packing. They must be packed in insect-proof cartons or containers, or covered by insect-proof mesh screen or plastic tarpaulin. These safeguards must be intact upon arrival in the United States.
