This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3.

Federal Order DA-2019-28 [https://www.aphis.usda.gov/import_export/plants/plant_imports/federal_order/downloads/2019/DA-2019-28.pdf], effective November 22, 2019, has updated the import requirements to restrict shipments to commercial consignments only.

Other:
If the port of entry is Guam or the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the consignment ONLY requires an import permit and is subject to inspection. No additional import requirements are needed.

Production Location:
From all areas other than Amami, Bonin, Ryukyu, Tokara, and Volcano Islands.

Must be certified as hothouse grown on Honshu Island or north thereof.
