The CIR contains current import regulation information for the selected Commodity Import (a specific commodity approved from a designated country, or region, into one or more designated ports). A flag ( Access Restricted to APHIS/CBP ) indicates information that is intended for and available to an APHIS/CBP audience only.

1 Admissible Plant Parts: Fruit
2 Admissible Ports: All Ports
3 No Permit Required
4 Subject to Inspection: If grown in Canada, this commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-10.
5 Federal Order: Federal Order DA-2017-15 [https://www.aphis.usda.gov/import_export/plants/plant_imports/federal_order/downloads/2017/DA-2017-15.pdf], effective 5/23/2017. All commercial and noncommercial shipments of fresh haskaps and fresh cherries must be accompanied by documentation confirming the haskaps or cherries were produced in a Province other than Ontario. If "origin confirmation" is absent or if documents indicate the haskaps or the cherries are from Ontario, the importation is prohibited.
6 Date Restriction: For field-grown crops, the growing season is May 1 through October 31.
