This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3.

Phytosanitary Certificate:
Require a phytosanitary certificate issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of the country of origin affirming the commodity was grown in the area free of the redlegged-earth mite, Halotydeus destructor (Tucker).
If the phytosanitary certificate is missing or does not indicate the commodity was grown in an area free of the redlegged-earth mite, refuse entry.
