Phytosanitary Certificate:
Require a phytosanitary certificate stating the fruit was inspected and found free of Ceratitis capitata, Prietocella barbara, and Cochlicella acuta. If the lemons were harvested from May 1 through November 1, also require the additional declaration stating the lemons were harvested green. If the necessary additional declaration(s) are absent, PROHIBIT ENTRY. Moreover, the "Name of Produce and Quantity Declared" block of the phytosanitary certificate must show the Fino variety.

Preclearance Program:
Voluntary Preclearance: Consignments may or may not be precleared. To validate foreign site preclearance inspection and/or treatment, precleared consignments must be accompanied by a signed PPQ Form 203.
