Phytosanitary Certificate:
Citrus consignments must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of New Zealand with an additional declaration stating the fruit is free of Cnephasia jactatana, Coscinoptycha improbana, Ctenopseustis obliquana, Epiphyas postvittana, Pezothrips kellyanus, and Planotortrix excessana.
