How to gain login access to FAVIR:

1. Ask your supervisor to request access to FAVIR that includes the information below:

a.	Your First Name
b.	Your Last Name
c.	Your (eAuth) User ID
d.	Location (e.g. Riverdale, Miami, FL, etc.)

2. Ask your supervisor to forward your request to the PPQ FAVIR helpdesk at ePermitsHelp@aphis.usda.gov.

3. Once the proper access has been activated, you will be notified through a confirmation email from FAVIR technical support. You will then be ready to use the FAVIR Employee Login capbility.
