4 Subject to Inspection: This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3.
5 Other: If the port of entry is Guam or the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the consignment ONLY requires an import permit and is subject to inspection. No additional import requirements are needed.
6 Condition of Entry Treatment: T101-b-1-1 (Methyl Bromide Fumigation)
