Import Requirements
1 Admissible Plant Parts: Fruit
2 Admissible Ports: All Ports Except Guam and Hawaii
3 Import Permit Required: An Import Permit is required. To obtain a permit, go to e-Permits.
4 Subject to Inspection: This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3.
5 Commercial Consignments Only
6 Packaging or Labeling Requirements: Cartons must be stamped: "Not for importation into or distribution within (Guam or Hawaii)."
7 Preclearance Program: Consignments may or may not be precleared. If the consignment is precleared, it must be accompanied by a PPQ Form 203 signed by the APHIS inspector on site to validate foreign site preclearance. Maritime vessel carrying precleared consignments may be validated by a vessel report from APHIS.
