Condition of Entry Treatment: T102-a (Hot Water Immersion)
The consignment must be treated at an APHIS-approved facility in the country of origin with T102-a. Each box must be marked with the statement: "APHIS–USDA TREATED WITH HOT WATER."
To validate foreign site preclearance inspection and/or treatment, precleared consignments must be accompanied by a signed PPQ Form 203 OR by an email from APHIS with a PPQ Form 203 attachment (signed or unsigned).
