Phytosanitary Certificate:
Consignments must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of the country or origin with an additional declaration stating the fruit has been inspected found free of the symptoms of tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV).

Federal Order:
ToBRFV Federal Order. This Federal Order has updated the import requirements for this commodity by requiring an additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate. "Commercial Consignments Only" is already a requirement for this program.
