Commodity Import Report (CIR)

Bean, Green (Pod; Shelled) from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines into Ports as Specified in the Import Requirements

Import Requirements
1 Admissible Plant Parts: Pod, Shelled
2 Import Permit Required: An Import Permit is required. To obtain a permit, go to APHIS eFile.
3 Subject to Inspection: This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3.
4 Admissible Plant Parts: Shelled: Shelled beans are allowed into all ports without treatment.
5 Admissible Plant Parts: Pod
  5.1 Admissible Ports: CNMI, Guam, NA, PR, and the USVI: do not require treatment
  5.2 Admissible Ports: South Atlantic and Gulf (SAG): (except Puerto Rico (PR) and U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI)) require treatment
  5.3 Condition of Entry Treatment: T104-a-1 (Methyl Bromide Fumigation) Treatment is ONLY required for beans in pods entering the continental South Atlantic and Gulf (SAG) ports.
