Phytosanitary Certificate:
Require a phytosanitary certificate with the additional declaration stating the fruit was inspected and found free of Ceratitis capitata, Prietocella barbara, and Cochlicella acuta. Moreover, the “Name of Produce and Quantity Declared” block of the phytosanitary certificate must show the Verna variety.

Preclearance Program:
Voluntary Preclearance: Consignments may or may not be precleared. To validate foreign site preclearance inspection and/or treatment, precleared consignments must be accompanied by a signed PPQ Form 203.

Condition of Entry Treatment: T107-a (Cold Treatment)
If treatment has not been completed or fails, the fruits or vegetables may arrive in the United States at either of the following locations:
- At ports located north of 39° latitude and east of 104° longitude
